Family Dinner is Boto Alien's first complete project. It's a text adventure horror game, where the player will explore the Hironaka Mansion and uncover it's dark secrets. Below, you'll find the downloads to the 1.5 version of the project.

Fazia muito tempo que não jogava um text adventure e fiquei muito surpreso com a qualidade de Family Dinner. A história e a atmosfera de terror o colocam num nível diferente. A parte da jogabilidade também ficou muito boa com a detecção das palavras que dá pra saber na mesma hora quando o comando digitado funcionou ou não. Muito recomendado mesmo.

Its been too long since the last time i've played a text adventure and Family Dinner was a nice surprise. The plot and the horror atmosphere did everything to place it above the rest. The gameplay also work very well with a word detection that shows if the command you just wrote worked. Totally recommended.

I game the game a play and while it's decent for a text based horror game, I wish there was a line that said what options you can do at each screen.

Thank you so much for the gameplay! We definitely took notes to improve the full game for the players that don't have much experience with text adventures. It's also our first game, so we're still learning too. Regarding the notes in the game, you don't take them with you, instead you just use "look around", so we are going to add that info in the help section. Thank you again for your support!
